As 2022 comes to a close, I want to spend the next couple of posts reviewing the year. Today I’m starting out by sharing the PMT best sellers and the most popular blog posts from 2022!
In a couple of days, I’ll share some personal reflections from the year along with MY personal favorite purchases of 2022. For today, it’s all about what YOU all were the most interested in.
I think it’s so fun to look back and see which items piqued your interest the most, so here they are!
Top Sellers In 2022
Here are the 20 best sellers from all of 2022! Three of them are no longer available, so I moved those to the bottom of the list. I kept them on just in case you like to see which items people liked, even if you can’t buy them.
SIZING: I’m 5’6″ and usually size S/M or 6 in clothes and 8.5 to 9 in shoes.
- Tiered Maxi Sleeveless Dress – SO comfy, easy to wear, and has pockets! I’m wearing it in pink, above, in size S.
- Wrap Dress – Stretchy, comfy, and comes in so many prints! Wear to work or for nicer occasions. I wear this in size M.
- Tiered Short Sleeve Dress – Another super comfy dress that is so easy to throw on in the spring and summer. I’m wearing it above in green, in size S.
- Tapata Work Pants – A PMT favorite for many years! So soft and stretchy and comfy! It comes in many lengths, so if you’re looking for a longer pant to cover your ankles this winter, these might be good to try. I’m wearing them above in black, in size M.
- Tiered Midi Skirt – I have both the red and beige leopard print. I’m wearing the beige above. This color seems to be out of stock at the moment, but Khaki is very similar. I wear size M.
- Dear Mushka Pendant Necklace – This has been a PMT fave for YEARS and is one of my go-to necklaces! It’s sold out right now but find an identical alternative HERE. I’m wearing it above in the bottom right photo.
- Faux Leather Backpack – This backpack can be dressed up or down, and it has a zipper IN THE BACK to prevent theft. I’m carrying it above, in the bottom row, in the color Brown.
- Two-Piece Swimsuit – Cute, flattering, and comes in lots of different colors and combinations! I wear size M.
- Amazon Ankle Boots – With its higher shaft, these fit really well under straight leg jeans. See them on me above. I wear size 9.
- Caslon Open Front Cardigan – An easy layering piece to throw on. I’m wearing it above in cream, in size XS.
- Wit & Wisdom Raw Hem Crop Jeans – My favorite brand of denim because it is sooo comfy and stretchy and has an ELASTIC WAISTBAND! These particular jeans are fun and easy to wear. I wear size 4.
- Floral Wrap – A pretty, flowy completer piece perfect for a summer outfit or as a coverup. See it on me above in the bottom right. I wear size L.
- High-Waisted Bikini Bottoms – The high-waisted ruching is super flattering! I wear size 8.
- Kut from the Kloth Faux Suede Moto Jacket – A faux suede moto jacket is a staple in my closet, and this one is SO soft and stretchy and COMFY!! See it on me above in burgundy. I wear size S. Find a similar HERE.
- Amazon Initial Pendant Necklace – This necklace is similar to the one I wear all the time (you can see it on me in almost all the photos above) and is very affordable! You can find the one I wear HERE.
- Crochet Knit Short Sleeve Tee – Breezy and relaxed, this is a great piece for the spring and summer. I wear size M.
- Square Neck Sleeveless Midi Dress – Perfect for bridal or baby showers, brunch with friends, or any other occasion where you want to dress up a bit! I wear size S.
- Banana Republic Factory Timeless Roll-Sleeve Tee – No longer available, but this tee is great. It’s soft and has a relaxed silhouette. Find a similar roll-sleeve tee HERE, another tee in BRF’s “timeless” line HERE, and a similar silhouette HERE.
- Ruffle Sleeve Short Sleeve Blouse – Mostly sold out. This has been a PMT favorite for two years now, despite it not really being consistently available. I LOVE this blouse. It’s fluid and flows well, and the ruffle sleeves give it just the right amount of detail to make a white blouse interesting without being overpowering. A few similar tops are HERE, HERE, and HERE.
- Caslon Utility Jacket – This is from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale but is also largely sold out now. Great utility jacket that is sturdy but also stretchy, flexible, and more comfortable to wear compared to stiff utility jackets. I’m wearing it above in navy in XS.

I haven’t talked about FASTer Way a lot in recent history, but it helped me focus on my body and health after my first two kids. It’s a program that combines intermittent fasting (hence the name “FAST”er Way—it’s not necessarily about speed, rather fasting), carb cycling, macro counting, and strategically paired workouts so that you are working smarter, not harder.
