Let’s talk Thanksgiving outfit ideas! My family’s love language is food, so Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. It’s always a highlight to gather with my relatives and eat our hearts out! 😄
I’m sharing a few Thanksgiving outfit ideas for you to copy!
1. Low-Key Thanksgiving Outfit Ideas: Relaxed Sweater + Stretchy Jeans
If you’re headed to a low-key Thanksgiving gathering, go for a relaxed sweater and stretchy jeans. If you’ve been around PMT for a while, you know that I’m BIG on all of my jeans being really stretchy, including having stretchy waistbands! And, when it comes time for eating a lot, I am even more grateful for jeans that have elastic in the waistband so I can eat to my heart’s content while staying comfortable.
Here is one outfit you can wear for Thanksgiving with a super soft, fuzzy sweater and EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE jeans.
This sweater is soooooo SOFT and cozy. It’s very thick but not heavy. Such a good one! And it’s fairly affordable for how good it feels — it feels better than some sweaters that cost way more. It has somewhat of a boxy fit, but I don’t find it to be too boxy or unflattering. I like that it’s short enough to not have to tuck. 🙌🏼 (Extra great for days when you want to eat a lot!) These jeans are by NYDJ, and they are sooooo SOFT and so super duper STRETCHY! The waistband is very forgiving so you’ll be incredibly comfortable while still looking great! Find them HERE. I wear size 6.

2. Elevated Casual: Sweater + Nice Jeans + Flats or Heels
If you want to dress up a sweater a little more, add jeans that make more of a statement, and flats or heels.
I’m wearing the same sweater as I was wearing in the previous formula, but this time with dark wash flare jeans and heeled boots. Dark wash jeans are super easy to dress up, and flares just have a knack for making everything look a bit dressier!
These flares are fantastic, BTW! I’ve shared these flares a couple of times in dressier looks, but I LOVE them with sneakers too! They are a beautiful dark wash with a great flare. They are SO affordable, especially on sale — often under $30! And, they are soft, lightweight, and stretchy!! Very COMFORTABLE. They pass the stretch test and do not get saggy. 3. Elevated Casual: Blouse + Jeans
Here are other elevated casual Thanksgiving outfit ideas with a new formula: a blouse and jeans.
In this outfit I simply swapped the sweater from the previous outfit for a blouse. This blouse is really pretty, with metallic threads running through the whole thing! (Hard to capture in the photo, sorry!) This is a beautiful top for this time of year that can be worn to dress up a little for special events this season. And, it’s currently ON SALE! Find it HERE. Here is another outfit idea with the same formula, this time using a different blouse shown with both wide leg jeans and slim straight leg jeans.
I found this blouse at LOFT and love how the rich colors look with dark wash jeans! This blouse has a great print that looks even better in person – another great option for this time of year! Wide leg jeans are a great option if you want to change up the silhouette and add a more modern element to your outfits. These are very affordable, especially during a sale, and they are soft, lightweight, and have a good amount of stretch to them! Find them HERE in straight, petite, tall, and plus sizes. I’m wearing size 6.
That said, I also love the top with slim straight leg jeans and loafers!

4. Dressy Thanksgiving Gathering: Dress + Boots
