White on White

Benson and I entertained family all weekend (and still going) since his sister got married on Sunday!  With little time and energy to think about what to wear outside of the special events, you can bet I wore this outfit for 3 days straight.  #ifitaintbroke
I never thought I’d be into white on white, but I was wrong!  So, so wrong.  I tend to add a layer on top, like this green cardi, as well as a statement necklace in case I need to take off the top layer.  I haven’t done a plain white tee with white bottoms yet, but a white based patterned top with white jeans is one way to do it without being a completely blank slate.  The pattern helps me be slightly less worried about stains since there’s something else to serve as a distraction.  And being clumsy, I need that distraction.  I’ve reached a point where I’ve become unaware of my belly and accidentally hit it against counters, doorways, food…you know…and sometimes people.  Thank God for Tide To Go, which I had to use yesterday to remove some accidents.
White on white–do you dare?
