Shoe Talk

Believe or not, not a single item in today’s outfit is from Target.  The shock, I know!  Also believe it or not, I did not own a pair of black heels until now.  I know, I know, I didn’t own sweaters, I didn’t own black heels–how on earth have I been getting dressed?
Now, I’m not gonna lie to you and say these H&M heels are the most comfortable heels or even recommend them to you, but I did try on a bunch of more expensive and better made heels and they just didn’t fit my feet as well.  What I will say is that my secret for making all cheap shoes more comfortable is shoe inserts.  I use all sorts of them, like insoles, the ball of foot pad, or heel grippers.  Some people have said that an insole makes the shoe too snug for them which is uncomfortable, but different brands vary in thickness for all of the products so I switch between brands depending how thick or thin I want the padding to be.  They seriously make such a huge difference!  (If you guys want a full blown post on shoe inserts, let me know and I’ll put one together.)  Do you use shoe inserts?

Also, I have no idea why but when I upload pics to Blogger it automatically dulls the vibrancy of the colors in my photos.  Like, in these outfit pics on my harddrive this cardigan is more like an electric green but when I upload it to Blogger it mutes the color.  This happens to all of my pictures.  Does anyone know why or have any advice for how to remedy this?
