Last weekend we took a 7 hour road trip up to Northern California to spend Thanksgiving with our families. We are really grateful for the time we got to spend with our families, and especially because my family LOVES food and has a bunch of amazing cooks. I wore this outfit on the drive up. I don’t like wearing sweats when traveling because 1) if it’s too comfortable I get sleepy and start feeling lethargic and 2) my sweats would drag on the ground in public bathrooms and that is a BIG no-no for me. So, loungy but still wearing real clothes is my deal. Sweatshirt thingy fit the bill! I wore it with flats in the car so that I could slip my shoes on and off and boots for dinner with the family immediately when we arrived, just because I love wearing boots. I’m curious, do you prefer to wear “real clothes” when traveling, or will we find you in sweats?
