Spring 2018 Challenge -Footwear-

For sizing reference: I’m usually size 8.5 to 9 in shoes.  If I own or have tried one of the pieces linked, I noted it next to the link.

TAN OR NEUTRAL FLATS

Substitution: Any neutral flats, heels, wedges, booties, or sandals that work as an everyday shoe for your lifestyle and climate.

NEUTRAL BOOTIES OR WEDGES (OPTIONAL)

Special Notes: Use shoes that will dress up outfits a bit, like peep toe booties or wedges.

NUDE, TAUPE, OR BLUSH FLATS (OPTIONAL)

Featured Item: Both nude and blush shoes will be featured interchangeably.  

Special Notes: These are optional as they can be similar to tan flats but provide a lighter palette and “lift” some of the outfits.

WHITE OR GREY LOW PROFILE SNEAKERS

Special Notes: Use low profile sneakers, like slip-on sneakers shown, Converse, or TOMs.

COLORED FLATS (OPTIONAL)

Substitution: Any colored flats, sandals, or pumps

Special Notes: Colored flats are all optional, but yellow, red, and green will all be shown.  You can, of course, use any colors you want.  Yellow and red are shown an equal amount of times while green is shown less.  If you don’t already have colored shoes, start with just one pair and use it anytime there are colored flats.  

Color Coordination: One of your Colored Statement Necklaces OR Colored Completers for each pair of colored shoes you use.  Also, use colored shoes in colors from your Printed Colored Tee and Printed Colored Top.
