Gift Guide: The Animal Lover (and a Question for You)

Happy Friday, everyone!  I’m about to launch some fun gift guides that I’m pretty darn excited about. They’ll either be themed, like “PRACTICAL Gifts for the Stylish Gal,” or “Traveler’s Gift Guide” or they’ll be a list of some of Benson’s and my absolute favorite items that are tried and true and that we often recommend to all of our friends.  Or both!
For today, we’re starting off with a quirky and unique gift guide created collaboration with ModCloth.  ModCloth has been one of my top five stores lately because of all the cute, interesting, and unique clothing, and it’s always been one of my sister’s favorite stores.  I just bought her birthday present from there two months ago!
When I searched ModCloth’s gift section (HERE) I knew immediately that I was going to get my sister’s Christmas present there too.  I don’t know if you have any animal lovers in your life, but my sister is a huge cat lover, and ModCloth has a TON of cute animal items, from funny animal books to adorable animal mugs to kitchen accessories to general home decor.  So, so fun!
Here’s a roundup of some of my favorites, including items I got for my sister.  (Don’t worry that I’m spoiling my sister’s gift…she doesn’t read my blog, haha!)  Everything is under $50, but almost everything is under $20.
Notably, the books are hilarious and will make great coffee table conversation starters.  The measuring cups are adorable.  But I think the one I like the most is the cat phone stand!  It is heavier and sturdier than I thought it was going to be.  I don’t know what I was expecting, but it holds the phone well and is a really fun touch to add to someone’s desk or nightstand.  ðŸ˜€
You can check out a couple hundred more animal lover gifts at ModCloth HERE!
Lastly, a question for you: Would you prefer gift guides BEFORE or AFTER Black Friday?  Basically, when do you all do your holiday shopping?  I usually wait until mid-December, but that’s ridiculously stressful to me soooooooo I’ve been trying to do it earlier and earlier, haha!
Huge thanks to ModCloth’s collaboration on this post!
