If you’re looking to up your style this fall, one instant way to do that is to incorporate prints into your wardrobe! Prints add life and variety, and they are easier to mix and match than most people think! Today I’m partnering with J.Crew Factory to show you how to style three classic prints this fall. All of today’s looks can be cute fall work outfits or dressy casual outfits. You’ve got options!
J.Crew Factory is one of my go-to stores because they have good quality items at affordable prices. They run sales regularly, which is a major bonus! I also love that they have a range of sizes–all the tops I’m showing today are available in sizes XXS to 3X! 🙌🏽 And, many of them are ON SALE through the end of today!
I’ve been waiting to share these gorgeous pieces with you, so let’s get to them!
SIZING: I’m 5’6″ and usually S/M or 6 in clothes, 8.5 to 9 in shoes.
Leopard Print
Let’s start with a personal fave, leopard print! I wear leopard print year round, but I especially love it in the fall. It’s a classic print that has been around forever and will continue to be! This leopard print top is SO PRETTY and can be dressed up for Elevated Business Casual looks or dressed down for Relaxed Business Casual or Dressy Casual outfits like I did here. It feels well made and has cute slightly puffed shoulders and a tie neck detail that you can wear tied or loose and undone. LOVE it! It’s available in sizes XXS to 3X HERE. I wear size S.
It pairs really well with high waist button front jeans for a fresh, modern outfit. These jeans are soft with a good amount of stretch and a thin to medium thickness. Pretty comfy! The product page says the jeans are a 9″ high rise, but they measure at 10″-10.5″ like a true high rise. I’m wearing size 28 which is fitted but not super tight, and they got looser over time. I will probably size down to 27. Either way, I’m digging these! They’re available in sizes 24 to 37 HERE.
Lastly, this sweater blazer is SO GOOD! It’s thick and structured so it has a tailored look, but it’s stretchy, flexible, and easy to move around in. I got it in both maroon and the gorgeous Academic Green, which is a bit more vibrant and rich in person than it is online. SO, so pretty! I wear size S, but the sleeves are pretty fitted. I am able to wear this thin long sleeve leopard print blouse under it, but consider sizing up if you need more room in the sleeves. This comes in 7 colors and sizes XXS to 3X HERE.

Polka Dots
Polka dots are another classic print that are easy to wear to work. There are dressier polka dot tops like the style of the leopard print above (like THIS one), but I thought it’d be fun to change it up with this polka dot pullover instead. And, wanna know a secret? This pullover is actually a sweatshirt! It’s not super fuzzy inside, but it is quite warm! 😁👍🏽 Also available in XXS to 3X HERE.
Wear it with jeans for a casual outfit, or make it no-jeans work appropriate by pairing it with corduroy pants! These are comfy, made of a thin to medium material that is soft with stretch. The leg is skinny but not super tight. I prefer this kind of fit for corduroy pants. The legs loosen up a bit over time to what you see on me above, but not enough for me to size down. They’re available in 3 colors: green, navy, and mustard yellow, and sizes 24 to 35. I wear size 28. See them HERE!
This tote is great for work, BTW. It’s really large, lightweight, and has structure that keeps work outfits looking crisp and polished. It’s got a zipper closure and one pocket on the inside.

Plaid
It’s no secret that I love a plaid button up, and I love this one with a soft grey! It’s flannel, so it’s on the thicker side and holds shape, and it’s soft. This comes in XXS to 3X HERE.
I usually wear these dressed down with jeans, booties, and an oversized cardigan. But, you can easily dress these up a bit! Wear the collar unbuttoned, roll the sleeves to your mid forearm, front-tuck the bottom, and add a necklace. You can wear a short, small pendant necklace, or you can put a heavier statement necklace for a finishing touch that polishes up the outfit instantly! This crystal circle necklace has been one of my go-to’s for years! Wear it over your open collar to keep it in place.
In case you can’t wear jeans to work, I paired this with the navy version of the corduroy pants. Great alternative to jeans!
Lastly, I made the outfit pop with these happy red suede scalloped flats! I LOVE using a red flat to put a twist on outfits, and these are adorable! I wear these in size 9.
