Oooh, another remix already? YUP! This striped ruffle top was in my post a few days ago with the cute white ruffled blazer. I loved it so much that I couldn’t help but whip together a remix with it!
The small ruffles are perfect for my taste (I can’t handle huge ruffles!) and make the top a whole lot cuter. But, if that weren’t enough, there’s a ruffle down the back which you can see in my pics below! I love that this top is not super fitted, which is nice for the summer. The one caveat is that it crosses in the back, which makes for an open back if caught in the wind. If you’re not comfortable with that, it’d require a camisole underneath.
But, regardless, this top is super cute and pretty versatile, and today I’m showing 3 ways to style it for 3 different scenarios! It would actually be a great option for one of the Additional Pieces in the Summer Starter Kit Wardrobe which just came out on Monday (!!) so if you want even more outfit ideas for it, check out the Summer Starter Kit Wardrobe Guide HERE.
This top is sold out in many sizes in this color. However, it’s fully in stock in a grey/white stripe which is equally as cute. See them both HERE with sizing from XXS to 4X.
SIZING: I’m 5’6″ and usually S/M or 6/8 in clothes, and 8.5 to 9 in shoes.
Casual Daytime: White Jeans or Shorts
I love how white makes everything crisp, and this top is no exception. I paired it with metallic accessories and anchored it with the cognac bag.
Below is the same look but with white jeans. I adjusted the accessories a little, but the same ones as above would work just as well!

Business Casual: Trousers + Blazer
This look is from Tuesday’s post, and I think the ruffled top with the ruffled blazer is just so darn cute! I mentioned on Tuesday how I added white accessories in order to brighten up all the olive for summer. I also paired it with blush pumps rather than tan to keep it feeling lighter.

Lastly, you can dress this top up a little for dinner out with metallic accessories. All you need is a little sparkle! If it’s too warm for jeans this time of year, try tucking this top into a denim pencil skirt instead. I’ve heard good things about THIS denim skirt from Target for $19.99 being stretchy and comfy, but have heard you may need to size up two whole sizes!

Like I said, this thing is easy to remix and just so, so cute! Remember, if you want more outfit ideas you can use it as one of the Additional Pieces for the Summer Starter Kit Wardrobe. Get the guide HERE!
