Printed Sweatshirts, Blue Shoes & Conversation Pieces

The thing about wearing bright blue shoes is that everywhere you go people unashamedly stare at your feet.  And you can’t tell if it’s because they think it’s awesome or weird.  My friends talk about how so much of style has to do with confidence, and I believe that’s true to a large extent.  So if you’re like me and still a little self-conscious about something like blue shoes, you’ve just gotta muster up every ounce of confidence and walk even taller.  And then it’s all worth it when a woman at Old Navy looks you up and down, stares at your blue shoes, and asks you for style advice.  Whew!  Thank you, lady, for putting an extra spring in my step.
I was given this sweatshirt by Conversation Pieces, and I never paid attention to printed sweatshirts until now.  But um…they are AWESOME.  Why?  Because you can literally wear sweats and look chic doing it!  Who said style has to be uncomfortable?
Here are some other options for printed sweatshirts.  Most are from Gap, Old Navy, or Target.  I particularly like option #5 from Gap with the metallic detail.  Comes in light grey too.

Along with the sweatshirt I also received the scarf from yesterday’s post and this grey dress below from Conversation Pieces.

The grey dress is soooooooo soft, and it has a cool zipper detail in the middle to give it a little more interest than a plain grey dress.  (Beware, runs super small.)
Conversation Pieces‘ last day to ship for the holidays is December 20th.  And remember we have the code for free shipping: PMTFreeShip!
