This pink top reminds me of how when I was about 16 I swore off pink. If I recall correctly, I said, “I would NEVER be caught DEAD in pink!” I grew up kind of a tomboy and though I started wearing heels in high school (yes, high school, cuz I be classy like that), I still didn’t want to be mistaken for being prissy. I wore heels, but I was hardcore, okay? Black clothes from Bebe, dark brown lipstick and a smug look prove it. (Like I told you–classy. A hardcore kind of classy, of course.) And definitely NO PINK, because as it turns out pink clashes with brown lipstick and smug looks. Little did I know that by 17 I would be all over pink like white on rice. And little did I know that 16 year olds could not be trusted.
I found lots of great options for polka dot pencil skirts (except one) so I made another collage. I think the first one is absolutely adorable and last time I checked it was 50% off! Number five is pretty dang cute too.
