Since writing the post on ways to wear olive pants (HERE) I’ve wanted to do blush + olive. Lucky for me, we hit a bit of a cold spell over the weekend, and though that only means it was 70 degrees and cloudy, it also meant I could finally wear jeans and didn’t have to wait long to wear this blush and olive outfit.
I never thought of myself as the type to go for pale colors, and definitely not anything associated or close to pale pink, but it’s really grown on me. I especially love this shade that seems a little less pink and has a little more purple/grey. It goes with a ton of colors (olive, grey, black, maroon, purple, tans and browns) and is an easy way to add color to an outfit even if you’re color shy because it’s so soft and subdued.
Seems like I’m not the only one that’s into this color right now because it’s in a lot of stores! Below are a few, some of which are slightly dressier while others are more t-shirt-like and casual.
