I used to think basics were a waste of money. Buuuuut, when they are amazing, like this grey tee which is my absolute favorite, it changes the game.
I’ve talked a lot about this grey tee in the past, and it was sold out but is still available! I’m normally size S/M and wear this in S as it runs kind of large.

I was in the mountains for a work trip for the first half of this week, so I finally got a taste of real fall with crisp air and changing leaves. And I got to break out some fall clothes! I wore this outfit on the drive up and for our arrival. I LOVE white + black + cognac. I don’t think I’ll ever get sick of this classic combo.
The tee I’m wearing is from H&M, but I recently tried
THIS from Nordstrom that’s only $19 and liked it. I’m normally size S/M and the Nordstrom striped tee fit me in S. It is quite long at tunic length, but I’m 5’6″ and it *just* covers my bum–plus I have a short torso. If you have a longer torso but are my height it might not cover yours and I would recommend sizing up if you want to wear it with leggings.

This outfit is way more cute on a person than in a flat lay photo, but here it is anyway. This top is on the expensive side, but I really love it! It makes a really cute, quick, and easy fall outfit with blue jeans and riding boots too. It’s adorable!
