I wore this to a bridal shower over the weekend. This dress tends to be too short for my general comfort level in terms of accidentally flashing people or anything equally embarrassing. So unless I’m wearing it with tights and boots (like here) I save it for all-girl events in case I have an unfortunate mishap. (Remember, I’m clumsy.) I already have an embarrassing story in the books about tubing down a very populated river in a halter bandeau two-piece, flipping over, almost drowning, and resurfacing with my top completely down for all the children and drunk adults to see. It was classy times all around.
I think one story about flashing people is enough for a lifetime for me. But it doesn’t mean I don’t want to hear any of your embarrassing stories! Spill ’em if you should feel so brave. It’ll make for good Wednesday reading for us all. 😀
