One of my staff asked during a video chat, “Does your shirt say, ‘…Holy….Chic?'” Yes, yes it does, I said with a chuckle. “That really suits you,” he said. Not sure whether that was a compliment or what, but I’ll take it as one! Especially compared to what the guy at Chipotle said about it when his female coworker said she liked my top. He said, “I don’t get it…” and when she explained it to him he rolled his eyes and said, “That’s dumb,”–right in front of me! Thanks, buddy. I was actually fine with that and laughed it off because, whatever, it’s a shirt. BUT THEN he started attacking Target–and that’s when he jumped onto my bad list. You can dislike my Old Navy top, but if you mess with Target, I will CUT you!
Anyway, let’s forget about the Target-bashing Chipotle worker and focus on this oversized drapey cardigan. I’ve been looking for something exactly like this since last winter, and I think this one is the winner. I love the marled texture, hood, and especially the zippered pockets so that I can tuck away my cell phone and not worry about it falling out. Booyah.
