Been doing this combo a lot because I love the soft colors! These are the boots with the dip in the front that were sold out in lots of sizes. I found them on Amazon in a TON of other colors (I think from last season?) HERE!

THIS DRESS! I got this a while ago and it’s been sold out, but it’s back in stock and ON SUPER SALE for $9.97. NINE DOLLARS AND NINETY-SEVEN CENTS. WHUT? It’s SOOOO COMFY. Like, it should be pajamas because it’s so soft and stretchy. I have it in maroon too (which is no longer available), but I paid more than that for them, haha! It has long sleeves, though it’s a bit thin. I wore a nude colored HEATTECH from Uniqlo (HERE–I wear M) because that layer is very thin but gives me extra warmth. If it had been even colder the day I wore it I would have worn tights or leggings also.
It’s available in the print above, solid black or grey, and a bunch of colored striped versions. See the maroon on me HERE. A bunch of people on Instagram said they had and loved this dress, and many people, including myself, own it in multiple colors/prints. I mayyyyy have ordered it in black too thanks to this sale! I wear this in M.

THESE JEANS ALSO! I have yet to do a formal review on them, and they are not on super sale like they were when I posted them on Instagram last week. They were $19 at the time, so wait for them to go on sale again. I love that the ankle is pretty skinny on me which works really nicely for a more streamline look when rolling them up with ankle boots. I also like the mild distressing.
I didn’t want to review them until I wore them 5 times without washing so I could speak to how much they stretch. I finally made it to 5 wears, so here’s how it went:
I sized way down to a 4 based on reviews, though I’m normally 6/8. This is the 3rd time with Old Navy jeans I’ve done that based on reviews, and I get nervous every time because I’m never size 4, especially in skinny jeans. All 3 times I’ve listened to reviews they have been right. For these jeans, upon initial wear the 4’s were a *PERFECT* fit–maybe almost TOO perfect and could have used some loosening up. Within that first wear, they loosened up a bit to what you see in the pic above. They stayed that way through the 2nd and 3rd wears, and during the 4th they started to stretch a *little* more. They haven’t gotten to the point of giving me a saggy bum, but the fabric on my legs is just bunching or puckering (or whatever you call it) more and they’ve lost the *perfect fit* look. They also softened up by the 4th wear. (I usually go 4-5 wears between washing jeans as recommended by Real Simple.)
Overall, not too shabby, Old Navy! Remember to wait for a sale!

I blogged this outfit a while back but finally wore it once the temps dipped. I wore it with jeans, like shown here, and with leggings like I originally blogged. I’m really late to the flannel party, but thanks to this one I finally realized how much warmer they are than other plaid button ups! I’m seriously rethinking all my plaid shirts now, haha.

Here’s the same plaid flannel as above for a dressy-casual holiday party look. I busted out my red-orange coat that I got last year, which is BACK in stock this year! In the product page it looks very orange, but it’s really more of a red-orange as shown in this picture and the customer pics at the bottom of the product page. I have this in M.

A casual, errand-running outfit that I will never tire of! Several people have asked about long sleeve black and white striped tops, and I found and linked to several below, and all very inexpensive.
BTW, this vest is sold out but I found a very similar one in lots of colors on Amazon HERE. A few people in the PMT Style Challenge Facebook group said that while more puffy vests like the Old Navy ones I often talk about don’t work for them, these thinner quilted ones do.
