There are some outfits, like today’s, that make me go, “Sheesh, same old pieces AGAIN?” until another voice in me is like, “That can be a good thing. Duh.” These are all pieces that I’ve had for a while now, and while the blogging side of me worries that you might be sick of seeing them over and over and OVER again, in real life I try to remind myself that it means I made good purchasing decisions…something I may not always do! (Re: post on Shopping Mistakes.)
This is an outfit I created around Thanksgiving from the 10 Pieces 14 Outfits post that I loved and finally, finally wore. As time passes and I’m still wearing outfits from that project I realize how many possibilities there are in a closet if you just give it a little time and attention. If you haven’t in a while, I would encourage you to spend some time in your closet and play around with options! Or, get on Go Chic or Go Home and do it with your virtual closet so you don’t have to clean up anything after. 🙂
Lastly, on a totally random note, Una found the link for that sleeveless spotted Target blouse that I wore twice in a row last week! (Outfits here.) Finally! It comes in a bunch of very pretty solids too. AND, the other top I picked up in that trip is online now! It’s this super duper comfy popover top, and though there are 8 bright and fun colors, I got it in black.
