You know what can revive an old piece in a snap? New shoes, my friends. New shoes.
This dress is super duper duper duper old. Older than this blog kind of old, which is why it never debuted here. I almost got rid of it several times but couldn’t ever let go of such a great fitting piece. Especially one with pockets. Hello! <3 But, I always felt like I needed to wear heels with this dress and therefore didn’t want to wear it much.
Enter: leopard sneaks. Who knew leopard sneakers would perfectly dress down a tailored black shirt dress and therefore save it from its doom? Meant to be, if I do say so myself!
I wore this to an appointment with Addie, complete with my
Lily Jade diaper bag that now for real holds diapers. Oh, and all those questions I’ve gotten about
outfits to nurse in? A button-down shirt dress is one for the books!
