Crazy Pants

I did it.  I wore my crazy pants.  It may have taken nearly every ounce of my courage, but I did it.
When I first saw printed pants making their way into the trends I winced and braced myself to ride it out until it was all over.  Honestly, I hated them for the first few months of seeing them.  Then finally something clicked and I went all out with this pretty loud pair of that I’m wearing and also bought a second more subtle pair.  How did I go from utter hate two owning two pairs in one swoop?  No idea, but here I am.
I’m realizing there are a lot of ways to do printed pants.  Some of them I still think are crazy, and I admit that I still felt a little crazy in this outfit even though I tried to downplay it all with other basics all around, like a grey tee, denim jacket, and neutral wedges.  But I’m totally loving the more subtle ways to do printed pants that I think are really fun yet can still be very professional.  (Unless you work in a very conservative environment of course.)
Below are some of the more subtle printed pants.  Compared to the ones I’m wearing in today’s outfits the ones below seem harmless, and I can easily imagine most of them dressed for an office, but much more fun than your average office look!
