Amazon Prime Day Deals 2020

It’s Amazon Prime Day!

Prime Day is an enormous sale that happens once a year for Amazon Prime members.  Hundreds and thousands of things are on sale, even more than during Black Friday.

Amazon Prime has been a lifesaver during pandemic life + 3 kids-with-a-newborn life.  The fast, free shipping is always super helpful.  Plus, you get tons of other benefits with Prime for groceries, entertainment, music, reading, and more.  Check out all the benefits HERE.

You need to be a Prime member to access today’s deals, but now’s a great time to join and try it out and shop the sale!  Then cancel if you don’t like it. 👍🏽

For today’s post, I’m refreshing my Prime Day post from last year to point you to where you can find current deals.

Tips for Shopping Amazon Prime Day

+ Categories Worth Scoping

Honestly, the sale overwhelms the crap out of me. 😂 I don’t get TOO into it because many of the deals are minor and may be more time consuming than they are worth.  HOWEVER, there are a few categories that I feel are more worth it than others.

If you want want to scope some deals without getting dizzy, here are suggestions of what to look for:

1. Electronics
Bigger ticket items are more worth it, IMO.  Things like kitchen and home appliances and electronics.  Some popular electronics to watch for are in the widget below.  Swipe through to shop them all.

2. Amazon Fashion Brands
Naturally for Prime Day there are deals for Amazon-owned brands, including up to 15% off Amazon Fashion Brands.  I’ve been trying products from several of these brands over the last year (and reviewing them).  In general, they’re good quality for very affordable prices!

Daily Ritual tends to have extremely soft and fairly thick/good quality items.  Amazon Essentials has basics for very low costs.  Lark & Ro tends to be more expensive (mid-tier price range) but has dressier items good for business casual or dressier casual looks.  Core 10 has activewear that is very good and very affordable.

Some notable ones below–great quality pieces for some VERY good prices!  Comparable to Old Navy prices when Old Navy is on sale, yet the quality of these brands is generally much, much better.

Almost all items below come in multiple colors and prints.  The price might not show up in the widget below, so click through AND click a size to see what the actual deal is.  Scroll through to shop them all.

Other Clothing Deals (NOT Amazon Fashion Brands)

One notable item is the leopard print sweater above. I always love leopard print that has more of a tan or brown background versus orangey brown. This sweater is fairly thick and feels like pretty good quality. It’s a little long for me without a tuck, but not the worst. FYI I’m 5’6” but have a short torso, so tops are often too long for me. I wear size M. Comes in several prints/colors, including a grey/white leopard print. Check them out HERE.

Look for deals from all Amazon Fashion Brands HERE!

3. Baby Items
If you’re in need of a stroller, carseat, crib, or other large ticket baby items, check Britax items and Bob items
