4 Easy Winter Work Outfits to Copy

In need of winter work outfit ideas?

DO NOT let winter style give you the winter blues! 🥶 We need all the help we can get to make it through winter, so wear some cute outfits to get you there. It boosts your confidence and gives you something to look forward to each day!

Today I’m sharing four easy winter work outfit ideas from the Winter Work Wardrobe & Outfit Guide, which is NOW AVAILABLE! (I recently shared three casual winter outfit ideas HERE!)

The Winter Work Wardrobe & Outfit Guide will help you have a stylish, daily wardrobe for work, give you tons of outfit ideas so you never grow bored with what you wear, and help you plan your outfits for the season so you can get more use out of your pieces. 💥

Plus, it comes with a bonus MEGA shopping guide with links galore to straight, petite, and plus size options to build your wardrobe with. (This is great if you hate shopping or don’t have a lot of time for it but want to look good!)

Here are four winter work outfit ideas to copy so you can save time getting dressed and walk into work confidently!

SIZING: I’m 5’6” and usually S/M or 6 in clothes and 8.5 to 9 in shoes.

black and tan striped sweater + black blazer + green pants + black boots + cognac boots + black loafers + gold jewelry

Outfit #1
First up, pair a neutral printed pullover with colored pants. Add a neutral blazer if you need another layer or want to sharpen up the outfit.

I’m showing a striped sweater here, which is really versatile and is available in straight and plus sizes, HERE. If that’s not your style, you can do any printed sweater made of all neutrals, like this sweater in Natural Ivory Plaid, for example.

Because neutrals go with basically anything, you can pair it with pants in your favorite color!

black top + camel wide leg pants + black boots + black loafers + gold jewelry

Outfit #2
Make an all neutral outfit interesting by mixing neutrals and playing with various silhouettes. While you can definitely wear this outfit with pants in a different cut, like straight leg or bootcut, wide leg pants change up your outfits, add variety, and give your outfit a modern element! This one is such an easy winter work outfit!

BTW, I haven’t personally tried these pants (yet!), but the reviews for them are awesome. They sound really comfy!

I do own the sweater, though! It’s pretty soft and cozy and has a relaxed fit. The v-neck helps open up the neckline. It works with jeans, too, plus it’s pretty affordable. It comes in tons of colors and in straight, petite, plus, and tall sizing, HERE! I wear size S.

tan sweater blazer + burgundy and ivory floral top + ivory pants + tan boots + cognac boots + gold jewelry

Outfit #3
Take your FAVORITE colored printed top and pair it with neutral pants for an easy outfit. You probably have several neutral pants in your wardrobe, like black, grey, navy, brown, or white, and you can wear your favorite colored printed top with any of them! I would encourage you to mix it up and choose one of the neutrals that you don’t typically wear.

(That’s one thing that’s sooo nice about having an outfit calendar with outfit prompts in the winter guide — it prompts you to break out of your norm and do something different, and it helps you utilize more of your closet. Not to mention it reduces the mental load of figuring out what to wear each day!)

This top goes with all of those neutral pants I named, but I especially love it here with white corduroys! Also, how pretty is this top? 😍 It comes in straight and plus sizes HERE.

Also, a sweater blazer like this one is a great piece to have if you want to look professional but be more comfortable. A sweater blazer is softer and more flexible, not to mention cozier and warmer! Find this one HERE.

black and white striped top + ivory cardigan sweater + camel sweater blazer + dark wash jeans + cognac boots + gold jewelry

Outfit #4
Last is a “Casual Friday” option with jeans! Dark wash jeans are a key staple in a great wardrobe as you can dress them down or dress them up fluidly. I always recommend a pair of dark wash denim first to ensure versatility!

Dress this outfit down with the cardigan or elevate it with the sweater blazer. Done! 😊
