One Piece Many Ways: Polka Dot Blouse Remix

Welcome to the second One Piece Many Ways link up!

In light of fall coming up I chose to recap one of my favorite pieces to wear in the cooler months: my polka dot blouse.

So versatile!  It's one of my go-to shirts anytime I needed to look a little more "office appropriate" (whatever that means), but it's also great for an easygoing look to run errands.  And it can be worn alone or layered under a bunch of different things, making it quite the versatile piece for my wardrobe!

  3. I literally JUST bought a Joe Fresh polka dot blouse yesterday (I'd purchased the one from The Limited last month but took it back because it looked too much like a pajama top). Thanks for the inspiration!

Your polka dot shirt outfits all look so chic. I especially love the blue sweater with gray jeans. I found your "Basic Guide to Proper Fit" extremely useful, and I'm always reminded of it when I see how well your outfits fit.

Great looks and I agree that a polka dot top is so versatile. Maybe that's why I can't stop buying them :)

  21. As always, big thanks for hosting! Your blog has become such a lovely and positive place for so many real gals to share successes in maximizing a limited budget and wardrobe. I love the collection of ladies who stop by for your link ups!
And, well, you know my thoughts on what you're missing in your remixes... a pencil skirt option! You look lovely, Audrey!

  22. I just saw your remix and almost started drooling! If I could find the perfect maroon and/or magenta-y pencil skirts I would be ALL OVER THAT. But these hips don't play nice with many pencil skirts, so it's been a long search for both of those items.

  24. Hey Audrey, I was wondering if you could write a post about combining jewelry. I have great pieces, but I never know how to combine them! For example, do I wear all of my turquoise jewelry on the same day? Should I mix and match blue and purple jewelry? If I have a long necklace, are dangly earrings too similar? Can I wear a bold necklace and a bold bracelet? Help!!

  25. What a great top, and so versatile! I would wear all of these looks in a heartbeat :)

  26. As a self-proclaimed polka dot fanatic, I absolutely loved this post! That top really is versatile, and I loved each way you styled it.

  27. This is such a cute top! It reminds me of the Thibaut wallpaper all of home-bloggerdom is swooning over right now. And polka dots with bright colors look so cute on you!

  28. I love it, Audrey! I have a polka dog blouse that is cream/ivory with black polka dots, and for whatever reason, I've been finding it hard to style. There isn't any reason why any of these looks wouldn't look great even with a non-white background :) I will need to get more creative and try it out soon!!

  29. I've been looking for a polka dot button-up for aaaages. I love the J.Crew Factory one, but don't love the price tag...but perhaps I'll eventually have to break down. :) Thanks for hosting! You look adorable, as always!

  30. I love when blogger actually rewear their own clothes! The blouse is the perfect backdrop to the other elements on your outfits.

  35. Hi Audrey. I have followed your blog for a long while now and even left a few comments. Though I don't comment often, I stop by here as often as I can. When you did this back in July, I linked up my White Button-down for which I found 7 ways to remix it.

Now I am linking up again. Every piece in my post is remixed at least twice, my Chambray 3 times.

Anyway, you look lovely on each outfit. A White Blouse with Black Polka Dots is very Versatile and I am glad to own a couple. Every single way you remixed it, you look so Chic & Put Together. I am loving that you did Pumps, each time. My Favorite Outfits are 2 & 5. =)

    Take Care, Ada.

  36. Thanks, Ada! I'm so glad you contributed to the link-up to inspire others too! I don't know if I've gotten to your post this time yet--I'm still working my way through them all! (I look at 4 per break, but this week is really busy since I have a HUGE work event tomorrow!) I'll get to it soon to see your remix!
