You guys ready to get your creative juices going? On Tuesday, July 30th link up here at PMT with your own One Piece Many Ways post!
Choose one item and create multiple outfits with it.
This can be one item worn in just two different outfits or ten different outfits--it's up to you! It can be a compilation of outfits you've already worn using the same piece or you can challenge yourself to create new outfits. You don't even have to have worn them all yet, but you can do that too if you want to!
Basically, don't worry about any "rules" other than show us one item in multiple outfits. Whatever else you want that to mean is up to you!
The main hopes are 1) to get our creative juices flowing and get us working our closets, and/or 2) to collect remixing inspiration for each other to have easy access to.
Want to participate but feel stuck? Go back to the series on Building a Remixable Wardrobe and see what you can come up with.
Focusing on Part 2 of the BAWR Series try changing up a piece by focusing either on structure or scenario. Aka, try to either tuck/layer/tie the garment if it's a top. Or try to put together an outfit for work, casual wear, and/or going out.
How to Link Up
Come here on Tuesday, July 30th to link your post. It can be a blog post, a post on Go Chic or Go Home, Polyvore, etc.--whatever you are able to link to.
Link back to Putting Me Together in your post, either with a normal text link or using the button below. To use the button, copy all the HTML that's in the little box and paste it into the HTML section of your post. This way your readers can find everyone else's remixes. (If you have problems linking up, don't worry about it. Not a big deal, seriously.)
When: Tuesday, July 30th!
You've got a little less than two weeks, including two weekends. I'm excited to see what you come up with!
The link up post will also be added to the One Piece Different Ways page for anyone old or newly visiting to access. So don't miss out on your chance to link up! (And if you guys like this, we can make it a regular thing. Just let me know whatcha think.)
