Striped Sweater ($11), Polka Dot Top ($4.50), Yellow Flats ($20): Old Navy | Pants: LC via Kohl's ($31, shop)
This is one last outfit from my time in the Bay Area for Thanksgiving. The day I wore this was one of those days when you regret everything you packed for your trip. I originally just had the polka dot top on with these pants, and I kind of hated it. After a mini tornado of cardigans and shoes, this striped sweater managed to find its way over the polka dots, and I'm glad it did! I've said before that I'm not much of a pattern mixer, but stripes with a little pop of polka dot? I'll take it. And, let's just add some yellow while we're at it, eh?
Don't forget to enter the latest giveaway and win free ear warmers! Totally cute, and it makes a great gift if you live in warm weather like I do.

I love those pants!! I'm not much of a pattern mixer either, but the dots and stripes look really cute. And the little pop of yellow with your flats is icing on the cake :)
ReplyDeleteI need to try mixing more patterns! I love the two tops together!
ReplyDeleteI'm partial to stripes and polka-dots so obviously i LOVE this outfit :) I'm not gonna lie, I pulled out my Zumba DVD and forced myself to do 5 minutes of it (I almost died!) haha!
ReplyDeleteThat little bit of polka-dot is so fun! :)
ReplyDeleteA little polka dot goes a long way! I love the color of your flats and pants together.
ReplyDeletePattern mixing is a little scary for us too, but polka dots and stripes are definitely doable! The yellow shoes are the perfect touch. Heather & Kayla
ReplyDeleteI adore black and white stripes and anyone who attempts mixing patterns - I haven't attempted that one yet:)

I am in love with the unexpected polka-dots. Also the pinkish and yellowy tones are a beautiful compliment. xo
ReplyDeleteLove it! You would have been so proud of me yesterday in my military cargo jacket, with a striped tee and a printed scarf. I even wore some funky earrings and a belt .... whoa, big steps around here :) I wanted to take a picture for you & Van but felt silly ... maybe next time! Thanks for making clothes fun again for me
