Top: Forever 21 ($13) | Military Jacket: Nordstrom Rack ($12 after Groupon) | Skirt: TJ Maxx ($17) | Belt, Necklace, Bracelets: Forever 21 | Tights: Nordstrom Rack ($2 after Groupon) | Boots: Target ($37)
While I've had each of these items for quite some time now, this outfit is completely new. I wouldn't have thought to put military with lace--thank you, Pinterest.
I was about to wear this with grey skinny jeans, but as you might notice in my "Recent Outfits," I kinda wear jeans a lot. In an attempt to diversify, I chose a grey pencil skirt instead. Plus, ever since I posted about how to dress down a pencil skirt I've received handfuls of visitors each week about it via Google. I felt kinda lame only having one post for that, so I figured I'd better create another pencil skirt outfit! :)
Today is the last day to enter the $30 Stella & Dot giveaway!

You always dress so cute. Love your military/feminine inspired look with the jacket and lace top.

ReplyDeleteI always need to dress down my pencil skirts because walking around a college campus with a pencil skirt, I feel like people think I'm a professor or something :D

ReplyDeleteOh Audrey, I'm glad we aren't friends in real life* because I'd look like a schlub next to you! You look so cute even when you're dressed down and I am so good at taking the down part as seriously as possible. This still looks awesome and so stylish!

I love the military vibe (but not overly) from all the elements. Great idea to dress down the pencil skirt with casual boots. You look great, Audrey!
