Must Be Real

Top: Charlotte Russe via Buffalo Exchange  |  Skirt: JCPenny brand via Buffalo Exchange  |  Necklace: Forever 21  |  Belt: Lulu's (won w/ giftcard)  |  Wedges: Target

I recently commented on a friend's (new) style blog that I used to be against shirts with animals on them, but I've slowly warmed up to them because bloggers everywhere make them so darn cute.  I think my aversion stemmed from the fact that most of the animal tops are with birds, and as I mentioned before, birds and I don't get along.

These, friends, are not birds, though.  These are GIRAFFES.  Yeah, I know.  Love it!!  Can I also just get a huge pat on the back for both my skirt and top being from Buffalo Exchange?  Animals on my shirt and (kind of) thrifted items?  I feel like a real style blogger now.

  9. Haha- what is this "Buffalo Exchange" you speak of? Is it Goodwill-ish? We don't have one in the Memphis area, but the finds you've found there have been great!

  10. Hi Lindsey!  Buffalo Exchange is a second-hand store that buys or trades like-new and on-trend clothes from people like you and I.  So it's like a step up from Goodwill since they filter out good quality items, and it's definitely more expensive than Goodwill.  http://www.buffaloexchange.com/

  24. I love shirts with animals printed on them, esp. when the animals are tiny like in your top. I would love to have a few tops featuring: birds, elephants, fish, giraffes, butterflies and even cute little cats or dogs. I adore your bright yellow skirt. The necklace and belt are great and compliment this outfit, head to toe. =)
