Top: H&M | Blazer: H&M | Jeans: NY&Co. | Wedges: Target
When I first bought this blazer I actually debated about whether or not to keep it, but over the last year I've come to love it. It's kind of hard not to fall in love with it when 1) it's made of sweatshirt-like material, 2) it has striped lining! and 3) it has elbow patches!! It kind of makes me want to sew elbow patches onto other blazers. And maybe a sweatshirt. And maybe even a striped long sleeved tee. Because, friends, elbow patches = win.

The elbow patches do look fantastic! :D now I should find my own :D
ReplyDeleteLove this blazer! And the rest of the outfit makes it so chic - the best way to do up elbow patches. Also I am intrigued by this elbow patches on a striped shirt idea....
ReplyDeleteI really like this blazer and the elbow pads make me like it even more. Cute look!
ReplyDeleteLooks really comfortable and I love the patched elbows!
ReplyDeleteI love elbow patches! I just bought a gray cardigan from XXI that has brown elbow patches. I like to think of it as "grandpa chic" :) I just found your blog through Ask The Duplex and I love your style! I've added you to my google reader!

ReplyDeleteI found the cutest Pendleton with patches for my husband at Goodwill. I love it on him! :) Your blazer is so cute!
ReplyDeleteHaha, maybe you don't need THAT many elbow patches, but I do agree that they are super fun. I remember seeing this blazer, I think. I'm getting excited for fall weather so I can bust out my favorite clothes.
ReplyDeleteI love the blazer with the top underneath! That makes such a beautiful neckline. I love elbow patches. Do you think it would be weird if I put knee patches on things too? Is that taking it too far?
ReplyDeleteBahaha. I was gonna start going into knee patches too, but I refrained!
ReplyDeleteI would have never known that it was sweater material. It looks pretty comfy! And I don't know which I like better, the elbow patches or the lining! Also, the light blue is gorgeous with the gray.
ReplyDeleteElbow patches are definitely amazing! That blazer is such a great color too!
ReplyDeleteElbow patches are amazing! And I love this whole outfit, so pulled together and fresh!

I am on the lookout for a cute elbow-patches Blazer and I hope to find the perfect one. I have once (a couple years ago) seen a super cute one from H&M - too bad I didn't purchase it. I hope to find one either from H&M, Mango or Zara, here in Europe. If not, I will have to have one taylored - no joke. With that said, you look so eclectic, sharp & sophisticate in this outfit. Love the light baby blue top & handbag.
